A big Thank You to Sascha Becher aka Stereotron for producing this stereoscopic 3D poster of the electrodes of the Dense Plasma Focus.
Please feel free to download and print copies of this poster for your pro-fusion events. Also, feel free to design more posters, collages, fine art, mixed media extravaganzas. As we did with Stereotron, we are happy to supply you with the full sized raw images for manipulation.
The Journal of Fusion Energy has accepted LPP‘s article “Theory and experimental program for p-B11 Fusion” for publication. (Updated since 1/12/2011 - It is now available online).
The article is: Fusion in our Backyard: N.J. Scientists Making History
Lawrenceville Plasma Physics, Inc., is pleased to offer the following press release (pdf file) regarding their recent fusion energy research findings. If you have any questions or would like to do an interview, please .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Lawrenceville Plasma Physics has issued a press release on their first shots. Here is the LPP Press Release as a pdf file and LPP Press Release as a word doc. LPP (and FFS) for that matter, need help expanding their list of science journalists to send press releases to. If you have suggestions, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
The June issue of Discover magazine has a very favorable, if brief, article on focus fusion in their Ideas section. This is certainly the broadest coverage we have had in the mass media and will helpfully open up new opportunities.

Research in focus fusion gained new public awareness with the publication February 27 of an article on alternative routes to fusion in the New York Times. While the article emphasized sonofusion attempting to produce fusion reactions in bubbles in liquid, it also described other fusion alternatives, including four paragraphs on focus fusion. The section briefly described the plasma focus device, Lawrenceville Plasma Physics’ collaborations and LPP President Eric Lerner’s estimate that a prototype can be developed in six years for about $10 million. The magnetic field effect that can cut energy losses is also mentioned. To read the article online, click here. (free registration is required.)
Slashdot picks up the Allan article and discussion ensues.
Sterling Allan’s article on Focus Fusion appears on Open Source Energy Network and PESN.com
BBC radio inverview with, among others, Eric Lerner on the topic of Plasma Cosmology.
