Eric was invited to speak on the panel “Life After Fukushima—What happens after a ‘Black Swan’ event? What is the impact of innovative technologies?” The potential for a “Boron Swan” aneutronic fusion breakthrough in the next year was an optimistic contrast to the decades-long timeline offered by the mainline fusion program.
